How can I pay?
The DML Sport online store allows the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron)
- Cash on delivery
- Payment by transfer
How much do shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on orders worth over 80 euros. A standard shipping fee of $5 will apply to orders of less than 80 euros.
How long does it take to ship?
Once we have received your order, the delivery time of the standard shipment will usually be 2 to 3 working days.
I cannot complete the order using the payment option with "Credit Card"
Make sure you entered all your credit card details correctly.
Then click on the "Check validity" function.
This is used to authenticate your credit card.
Have you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you have completed your order.
Can I change an item in my order?
For technical reasons it is not possible to change the sizes or colors of the items, nor to add or remove items.

Can I cancel my order later?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any order. Once your order arrives, you can return the package for a full refund.

What happens if a product is not available in the requested size/color?

How do I know when my order is shipped?
When we deliver your package to the carrier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The shipment confirmation will include a control number that can be used to track the status of your package online. You can use the tracking system to track the progress of your package.
What if I'm not home when the package arrives?
If the delivery man doesn't find you at home, you'll receive a notice informing you that he or she will try to deliver the package to you again on a certain date.
Can I change an item?
You can change an item in case the shipped item is defective.
I don't want to keep any items I bought. How long do I have to return it?
You can return all purchased items within 30 days of delivery. To return the items at no cost, use the package provided. Please note that we can only accept items returned in their original condition.
The goods cannot show signs of being used. The same conditions apply to reduced price items.
Please keep the proof of shipment of the package in case you need to follow up.
What is the difference between the voluntary right to return items and the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal is a legal right guaranteed to consumers that establishes a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal written statement. The voluntary right of return is an additional service of DML SPort. We offer you a period of 30 days from delivery to see the purchased product and decide if it meets your expectations. If you decide you don't want to keep the item, you can cancel the contract by returning it; no other statement is necessary. Your legal rights, and particularly your right of withdrawal, are not affected by this voluntary right to return items.
I have returned an item, how do I receive my money back?
The refund is normally made within 3 - 5 days after receiving and performing the quality check of the returned package.
If you paid by credit/debit card:
We will refund the amount of the products returned to your credit/debit card account.
If you paid with PayPal:
We will credit the amount to your PayPal.
I would like to return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, how do I do it?
The legal guarantee of conformity applies to our products. If an item purchased from the DML Sport online store does not meet DML Sport's quality standards, you have the right to make a claim within the legally applicable warranty period. This also applies to low-priced items.
